Is this final contract pricing?
No. These are planning numbers. Final pricing may reflect volume discounts, term length, services, hosting, partner involvement, and procurement requirements.
How is FileWave licensed?
FileWave is licensed by managed device, with different annual pricing for Education, Enterprise, and Government.
How is TeamViewer priced?
The first two TeamViewer administrators are included. Administrators 3 through 27 are $100 each per year. At 27 or more administrators, the annual TeamViewer price is capped at $2,500.
How is hosting estimated?
The calculator can include a hosted deployment planning estimate when selected. FileWave uses the planning tier for the overall estimate and validates final hosting costs during quote review.
Is onboarding included?
The calculator includes one onboarding path in Year 1: Standard, Advanced, or On-site. The Year 2 estimate excludes one-time onboarding so recurring spend is clearer. Services scope can change based on migration, training, architecture review, and implementation needs.
Do we have to use hosted FileWave?
No. Hosted and on-premises FileWave have feature parity. You can use FileWave hosting or run the server yourself.
Does hosting replace device licensing?
No. Hosting is separate from device licensing. Self-managed deployments do not require FileWave hosting.
Where do the trial and Community Edition fit?
The 30-day trial is for full evaluation. Community Edition is the free path for labs, learning, and smaller test environments.
